ATR-2000C SERIES series is a  flatbed, 2 needle, bottom cover stitch machine for belt loop making with front knives.

(1) The support (front) presser foot is independent against main presser foot, so that it is easily detouched and also it has a stopping function to keep at lifting position. Therefore, it is extremely easy for the positioning of folder when starting to sew.

(2) Equipped with new adjusting dial of lower knives.

Both spring pressure of right and left lower knives can be equally adjusted by this dial.

(3) Adjusting knob enables you to  ne-tune the cutter easily and produce belt loops from 8mm up to 18mm.

For the width over 16mm, the special wide needle plate and feed dog are available.

ATR-2000C SERIES es una cama plana, 2 agujas, cobertor de puntada de fondo, maquina para hacer pasador con cuchilla delantera.

(1) El(delantero) prensa tela de soporte es independiente contra el prensa tela principal, por lo que se remueve facilmente y

tambien tiene una funcion de para para mantener en una posicion de levantamiento.

(3) Facil ajuste de las cuchillas superiores e inferiores. Capacidad para fabricar de 8-18mm por lo mencionado anteriormente(No.2) el nuevo ajuste del indicador de la cuchilla inferior y el ancho de los pasadores como tamano  nal.

(5) En caso de aumentar a 16mm, el tamano del ancho de la plancha y el diente estan disponibles como opcion. Por lo tanto, las series BLX tienen un amplio rango de operaciones para fabricar varios tamanos de pasadores.
