Specifications                                                                             

As shown for PC60 hydraulic excavator device guide wheel structure, it consists of steering wheel through the buffer spring and butter cylinder is fixed in the crawler frame.
Its working principle: use a grease gun to pass through the grease nipple butter into the butter in cylinder, the piston overhanging push up tight spring, make the guide wheel shift to the left to get a tight track, top tight spring with appropriate schedule, when when tight force is too large plays a role of buffer spring is compressed.Too much when tight force disappears, the compressed spring will guide wheel to the in situ, so that to change the wheel base, slip along the crawler frame ensure caterpillar tear open outfit, minimize the impact of the walking process, avoid rail chain derailment.
