Main Features

1.Drive Device:

Dynamical system using Yuchai 70KW engine drive large imported displacement pump, strong power stable performance. The air filter, by air prefilters are pure filter, level 3 filter composition, can effecitively protect the engine in bad condition of normal use.

2.Tool Winch

With lifting force of 0.8T, lifting height of 6m, the tool winch is used to lift drilling tools and assist the jointing and breaking of drill pipe.

3. Turn-around Machine

Turn-around machine adopts double hydraulic motor drive with simple and reliable structures and its turn-around torqure is large.

4.Operating Platform

Control console and the instruments of the drill are set at the side of the drill to provide convenience for timely observation and to realize various controls conducted by the operator. Control system of the drill is collocated with fast propulsion and lifting control function to reduce the auxiliary time and improve work effciency.

5.Hydraulic Supporting Leg

Long-stroke hydraulic supporting leg can be used for transportation, loading and unloading of the drill automatucally without the help of lifting equipment, the hydraulic supporting leg can rapidly make the drill level in the coordination with the universal level instrument.

6. Chassis

It adopts imported high-power hydraulic motor which owns great move and high gradeablity; the engineering mechanical crawler is solid and durable.
