Description of concrete cleaning machine:

Concrete cleaning machine eject abrasive at high speed and at a certain angle to road surface to roughen it and remove the residues. Dirt catcher will automatically recycle and clean the abrasive and residues under negative pressure, intact abrasive is recycled and the dust and residues are delivered to collection tank.

The rough surface greatly improved the adhesion strength of the waterproof layer and the concrete base, well guarantee a high quality road.

 How does a concrete cleaning machine?

A valve in placed under abrasive storage tank to control the flow rate of abrasive. Abrasive flow through the valve and reach direction tube by gravity, and then fall into high speed rotating impeller with guidance of direction tube. Abrasive is ejected out at high speed to road surface to roughen it and remove the residues. The abrasive, dust and road residues are then absorbed up forward by high-power dirt catcher which is placed above abrasive storage tank.

Intact abrasive is recycled and the dust and residues are delivered to collection tank. No dirt and no pollution during the whole working process, safe and green. Concrete cleaning machine is an ideal solution with excellent performance and small investment.
