What is a industrial oil water separator?

Industrial oil water separator is an advanced wastewater treatment equipment, mainly used to remove suspended solid, colloid and grease to achieve solid-liquid separation and liquid-liquid separation for industrial wastewater and municipal sewage.

Working principle of industrial oil water separator:

Wastewater firstly enter into the aeration section,  then a vacuum zone is formed there because of high speed rotating of impeller. Air above liquid level is absorbed into water and generate micro-bubbles.

These bubbles attach to, and form within, the solids or chemical flocculants entering the vessel, causing them to float to the surface where they are retained and subsequently removed by a mechanical skimmer.
