The extruder

The company independent research and development manufacturing unit characteristics of the floor heating pipe production line is as follows:
    
1 high-speed extrusion machine adopts open groove barrel (water-cooled forced feeding section), mixed with special structure of protective screen type cuts (or reactive) special screw, implements the polyolefin pipe extrusion process of high speed, high efficiency;
2 special structure of the nose to overcome the stress of the tube embryos formed in the process of polymer molecular chain orientation, make the excellent physical and chemical characteristics of polyolefin materials completely copied to the pipe;
Box adopts 3 vacuum system our company with independent intellectual property rights (patent for invention, the patent for utility model) of high quality copper alloy diameter set (multichip superposition combination water immersion, water type sizing), implements the pipe evenly and effective cooling to finalize the design, realized the pipes high-speed production;
