Characteristics of the equipment
JH series high effective single screw extruder for wire and cable sheathing is result of our over twenty years research, accumulate of experience and technology advantages, Equipped with the special screw it can be used in processing different material such as PVC, PE, PBT, Nylon, lower smoke and no-halogen material and fluorine plastic to produce wire, cable, optic fiber, optic cable sheathing and coating. More over, we supply JHMV20/25, JHMV25/25 and JHMV30/25 vertical or horizontal mini extruders and equipments for production of crosslink cable and co-axial foamed cable.
Material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAl A, gas nitrided, with special construction
Gearbox: Cogs has been carbonized, hardened and polished. The gearbox has high capacity, compact size, stability of work, low noise level and other advantages.
Motor: AC or DC motor made in China.
Cooling: Feeding zone by water and other zones by air blower.
