- Description
BTA drilling head has staggered multi-inserts, with internal chip removal, adopting imported indexable inserts with coating layer, the insert material uses high strength steel via hardening and tempering treatment, which can be used repeatedly with the high positioning accuracy. There is anti-vibration pad at the back part of outer cartridge.
The guide pad for small typed inserts is the solid carbide, that for big inserts is made by two carbides welded on the same guide base. With the finely-processed plane, the guide pad has a good positioning performance, suitable for high speed drilling. It has many features such as high efficiency, easily changing and low loss, etc. It can process high strength alloy steel, stainless steel and other materials.
