Product Description:

For Cold Pack:

1.Place pack in the refrigerator for a minimum of one hour, or in the freezeer for a minimum of 30 minutes.

2.When ready to use, remove from the refrigerator or freezer. The beads are pliable when frozen.

3.Fit comfortably around the head, placing the therapeutic gel protion on the temples and forehead. Adjust the straps as required for best fit. Do not overtighten straps.

4.Once removed from the refrigerator or freezer, the pack will stay cold for a minimum of one hour.

5.Repeat steps 1-3 as needed.

For Hot Pack:

1.Soak the pack in hot tap water for 10 minutes or umtil it reaches a comfortable therapeutic temperature.

2.Sit comfortable around the head, placing their therapeutic gel portion on the temples and forehead. Adjust the straps as required for best fit. Do not over tightened straps.

Warning:

1.Do not boil the pack.

2.Do not heat in the microwave.

3.Keep away from children.

4.If discomfort results or condition persists, discontinue use and consult your physician.

5.Pack should not be used by persons with conditions which cause skin insensitivity.
