TO ACTIVATE

Snap the metal disc inside the Hand Warmer several times back and forth to start the reaction.The reaction causes the gel to crystallise, harden and heat up.

HOW TO USE (when pack is cold &hard)

Wrap the Hand Warmer in a small terry cloth or towel and immerse in a pan of water and bring to the boil. Simmer until the gel inside the Hand Warmer is clear for approximately 15 minutes or until all the crystals have dissolved. Carefully remove from the boiling water and leave to cool. The Hand Warmer can be reused dozens of times.Only activate the Hand Warmer from cold.
