UQK6100 High Temperature High Pressure Float Level Switch
Working principle
As liquid level changes the float will rise up or fall down and the first magnet located in pressure pipe will move up and down; there is an up or down adjustable switch outside pressure pipe in the housing. As up and down movement of the first magnet, for magnetic coupling effect, the second magnet will be driven to move and the third magnet will follow to be active and then control the switch. The triggered mechanism switch will return to original status when the liquid level decreasing.

1. Unique tri-magnet mechanism, no spring, no cam and no friction surface;
2. Explosion-proof sealing structure, alumina ceramics switch
3. Used for high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, ultra low temperature and shock-proof applications.
