1. Introduction of tensile testing machine

This machine equips alternating servomotor for driving crosshead and imported photoelectric encoder for displacement measure. This machine is accompanied with the digital multi-channel closed loop control system, which apply with the latest measurement and control systems with lots of advanced professional and technical development. Control software can automatically finger out routine data, such as tensile modulus of elasticity, extend rate after rupture, non-proportional extend strength RP0.2, etc. It can realize three close loops control and real time display many testing curves of force-displacement, force-time, and stress-strain. These curves automatically switch. Testing process control and data processing conform to the requirements of GB.ISO and so on.

Load cell and extensometer to measure force, displacement and extension.

The testing curves: Load-Time, Extension-Time, Load-Extension, Load-Displacement, Stress-Strain, etc. The user can switch to each one of them for observe and compare.

Automatic calculate tensile strength; yield strength, tensile strength and elastic modulus, the proportion of non-extension strength RP0.2, etc.

Testing report can be printed out in Microsoft-Word, or Microsoft-Excel form.

Hydraulic grips system, which is enabling to well clamp the sample.

Control remote box to adjust the machine crosshead before test conveniently.

Software over-load protection: if the load is ≥ 2%-10% of rated value, the machine will stop automatically.

Mechanical protection: Load frame have an ISO emergency stop button that will immediately cut off the machine’s operation in case of emergency.
