1. Description of Pico beer brewery                                                                          

This brewing system is more suitable for small brewing output. It can be used in bar, hotel, pub, barbecue

or used for beer recipe etc. It is easy for operation and easy for cleaning.

Both Stainless steel and copper cladding brewhouse are avaliable for you. The copper tank with much  more

luxury appearance, which will be much more suitable for using in your pub, hotel, bar etc.

+ About fermentation tank, according to the mashing capacity 100L, it will be 100L or 200L.

3. Brewing process for 100L brewery machine                                                            

1)    Crushing  and saccharification

Grind the malt to powder, make the wort after mashing transported to the filter pan by a pipeline

2)    Filter:

Send the wort after mashing boiled to wine tank filtration, separate the wort and spent grains

3)    Boil and add hops

Transferred to cooking wine cooking water tank with 100 degrees about 70 minutes, After adding hops. 

cooking the wort to the remaining 1000L till then along the pipeline transported to the fermentation room Cooling

4)    Cooling

The wort’s temperature is lowered to 10-12 C by cooler, then go into the fermentation tanks to ferment.

5)    Fermentation:

After adequate cooled wort into the fermenter, adding 10 - 15L of yeast for fermentation, takes about six

days left to complete the fermentation, in this step will be the final malt in the sugar into alcohol by

yeast (yeast Jiamai juice = Beer )

6)  Matuation and storage:

 Mature in the beer store as the necessary steps before ripening, beer maturation takes about three weeks

of storage at 0 ° C for cask beer color, unique flavor development in this step will be the formation 

4. Packing and shipping of our beer breweries                                                          

Packaging : We consider all different potential situation in the delivery, so we use every prevention 

measuresto avoid any potential inconvenience or trouble

a.Bulk cargo: Standard wooden case which can avoid any clash during the sea or air transportation in 

case of causing damage to the surface of our products.

b. Container cargo: the equipment will be bound firmly and won’t easily swing to the side, or up, or down.

Shipping: Deliver from Qingdao port within 30-45 days after the payment

Q: How long does it take to deliver a brewery?

Typically it takes about 1-3 months to manufacture a brewery. Depending on the size of the brewery,

the amount of custom designed equipment, our general workload and the way of shipping,this period can

be shorter or longer.

Q: How long does the equipment last?

Given the fact that most elements in a brewery are made of stainless steel, the longevity of a brewery is

high. Given proper maintenance and the careful use of chemicals, a brewery can be used intensively

for about 20 to 30 years. For some elements such as fillers and labelers with a lot of moving parts a

shorter lifespan should be considered and more maintenance will be necessary, depending on the use.

Q: Can I brew all types of beer on the TBE equipment?

Contrary to the open-vessel fermentation system mainly used in Eastern Europe and Germany, all beer

styles can be brewed with our system. This means that a wide variety of ales and lagers can be made.

Given the infectious style of Lambics, we do not recommend brewing or packaging these beers on

shared equipment.
