50L homemade beer brewing system is designed for home brewer who brew for hobby, recipe or even pilot. 

The design ideas are from the professional commercial beer brewing machine, 

so the operating procedure will be almost the same with the professional ones.

This kind of 50L home brewing machine is a compact type that is assembly with:

u 1X50L mash/lauter boiling whirlpool combo tank

u 1X one square meter plate heat exchanger.

u 1x 1t/hr wort pump

u 2x50L fermentation tank with cooling jacket and insulation.

u 1x chiller for chilling fermentation tank.

u 1x controller to control temperature for mash/lauter/boiling/whirlpool combo tank and fermentation tanks 

u 1x chiller pump.

u Tank shell: Inner shell:2mm, cladding: 1.5mm, Tank material;SUS304.

Q: Do I need to be a brewer in order to start a brewery?

Yes. It is very helpful to have a brew master who is experienced in brewing. TBE can also train you 

or one of your employees to learn how to brew. We will teach you all aspects of brewing, familiarize 

you with your brewery equipment, help you with recipes, quality control etc. TBE offers a wide 

variety of services such as installation, training, after sales services etc.

Q: Where do I get my ingredients and packaging materials from?

Almostly every country or area can find a supplier for malt, hops, yeast etc. TBE company can 

also help to get good quality raw materials here. For ingredients that would be hard to find locally 

we can make arrangements to have them shipped to you. 

Q: What about recipes?

Based on your wishes and/or the local market we will provide you with recipes, brewing instructions 

and yeast strains for the beer(s) you plan on brewing. During training we usually brew these beers

with your future brewmaster.
