FAQ

1.Quality Control System ( 5 Steps QC system )

1) Preproduction QC: QC will check all raw materials/accessories/machines are in good situation before mass production start.

2) Two QC steps in Mass production.QC will inspection at the whole procedure.

3) Last QC inspection will be taken before goods shipped out the warehouse. Ensure all products are perfect before shipping.

4) Mass product samples for each order will be well kept for long-term QC inspection.

2.Return procedures if faulty goods already shipped&received by clients.

Our strict QC procedures can ensure faulty goods rate is very very low.  If that is our problem,we will make up new products ASAP and ship these goods to our clients by

freight Prepaid.If problem is on shipping ( like crude loading/unloading), we will askthe shipping company to take the responsibility.

We will communicate with our clients to find reasonable solutions. However, this will happen in very low rate too. As all of our products will be packed in very safe way inorder to avoid faulty products during shipping, even crude shipping. Anyway, we are reliable supplier.
