1. Q: Can I get some samples? 
    A: We are honored to provide our quality samples for your reference. For new clients, samples are free, but the express freight should be paid by you before our first cooperation  

2. Q: Do you have the products in stock?

    A: We have many different model fabric in stock . Please email to me for more detail if necessary 

3. Q: What's the delivery time?

    A: It usually takes about 15-25 days for order production after we receiving the deposit. And the exact production period will be different for different orders at different production season.  

4. Q: Can I mix different models and fabrics in one order?

    A: Yes. But each model's quantity should more than our MOQ .Our MOQ is 500m per color. 

5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
    A: Quality is priority. We always pay great importance to quality control from the first beginning to the end of the production. And we accept the third part quality controller or SGS for quality checking. Every product will be fully checked and carefully tested before shipping. 

6. Q: What’s your warranty term? 
    A:  We offer different warranty time for different products. Please contact with us for detailed warranty terms. 

7. Q: What's the payment you accept?

    A: Commonly our payment is 30%T/T as deposit and 70%T/T before the shipment or L/C.
