AQS-S Water Bath Sterilizer for Ampoules

Basic function:The system uses saturated steam as sterilizing medium. It is mainly used in Ampoule, vial, oral liquid injection and other products for high temperature sterilizing operation inspection, and washing. The vacuum and colorful water inspection ensures 100% waste inspection result.
Main-body:The equipment adopts horizontal rectangular structure, equipped with chamber made by high-quality 304/316L acid proof stainless steel and cover plate made by brushed stainless steel. Seal door adopts pneumatic door. Simultaneously, the equipment has GMP standard verification interface for users to verify at any time.
Control system:It adopts computer-control or PLC+touch screen system. Double monitoring of temperature time and F0 value could ensure sterilization affect. This system detects temperature precisely, runs steadily and has complete sterilization records store.
Pipeline system:Optimized configuration in the industry is adopted, and operates reliably and with long useful life. Main components include high temperature pneumatic valve, circulated water pump, and vacuum pump.
