Background of market

There are four factors have relationships with environment

First, about water

There are two points related with water,

One is cooling water; our cooling system is condensers and condenser pipe. To get high oil rate, we will offer you four condensers and one condenser pipe, there are some water in the condensers and condenser pipe, the water is very clean and you can drink it, which can recycle to cool the oil gas again and again.

The other is for removing smoke; we will add some alkaline material into the water, such as NaOH and Ca (OH) 2, which can neutralize the sulfur dioxide produced by the fuel like the coal. The water also will not pollute the air.

Second, about the waste gas

There are two points related with the waste gas,

One is the waste gas, which comes from pyrolysis process. In the pyrolysis process, there are some C1-C4 gas and H2 gas produced, you cannot discharge it into the air, because they can burn, so they can be recycled to heat the reactor, if they are be recycled, it not only recycle the fuel, but also protect the environment.

The other is black smoke, which produced by fuels. When you heat the reactor by coal, more smoke produced than natural gas and wood. As we all know, there are some sulfur in the coal, after burning, the sulfur convert into acidic material sulfur dioxide, so it is easy to pollute the air if you discharge it to the air. We will put some alkaline material such as Ca (OH) 2 and NaOH into the water, which can neutralize sulfur dioxide; there is no pollution in the whole process.

Third, about noise

Our machine noise is less than 85Db, which is reach the national standard.

Fourth, about the solid

There are carbon black produced in the process, the carbon black has two functions, you can process it or make it into fuel. Please remember that do not throw it away. There is no waste solid left.

The reactor is made of Q345R Boiler plate.Q345R boiler steel contain much Manganese, so that reactor resists high temperature, high pressure and corrosion, which can guarantee reactor life.

8. The machine installation

We will send two engineers to buyer’s place to install machine. The engineers mainly install the machine and train your workers. we can supply services according to customers requirements.

12. How to come to our factory?

The nearest airport is zhengzhou xinzheng international airport, if you come from shanghai airport to zhengzhou airport, it takes about 100 minutes,if you come from guangzhou airport to zhengzhou airport ,it takes about 140 minutes. if you come from beijing airport to zhengzhou airport,it takes about 90 minutes. Moreover, we will pick up you from zhengzhou airport to our factory, it is more convenient for you.
