Q: Do you have requirements on MOQ? 

A: It depends. Some products have and some no need. For final order quantity reaches bulk shipping, you’re welcomed to place flexible order combined with some big quantity products and some with small quantity. For kitchen project, there’s no MOQ requirements for sure.

Q: What about your payment terms and production lead time? 

A: T/T, cash, western union, paypal and L/C are acceptable for us. 3-7 days for single stocked goods, 10-20 days for bulk cargoes and 20-30 days for container shipment.

Q: What if I find any defective products when I receive my order? 

A: Generally speaking, there’s no damage since the product and packing is strictly managed and controlled before shipment. If some damage occurs due to transportation, please take photos keep the proof and contact our staff in time, we’ll be happy to be of your service at any time.
