2) Working principle and process

Semi-automatic heat shrinkable packaging machine adopts automatic covering film into packets, pushes and moves on the conveyor mesh belt though the shrinking stove heating contraction and the cooling type, and then put into shelves.

1, automatic covering film:

The packaging will be placed in covering film work platform by artificially, pressing two operating buttons at the same time. So the pushing bottles of institutions will forward along the guide bottles of agency along with stenciled arrived sealing and cutting position film. At this time the film feeding institutions also work together. Then hot sealing and cutting knife will be downward to complete sealing and cutting.

2, heating contraction:

Shrinking stove is responsible for heating a bag packaging to be contractive; making film conformably shrink under high temperature, wrapping packaging surface tightly to make sure the quality of packing. It makes use of the heating tube which is on either side of the box body to heat, and then through the top of the circulation fan. It leads to the high temperature and hot air directly to blow surface of film, to make its heated contraction. Shrinking temperature is in 180°C-250°C.

3, cooling type

The cooling type is responsible for quickly cooling the filling which is through the heating contraction. It is for making the films into high strength state and moving easily.

4, finished products output:

It mainly consists of motor as power source, drive fluoro long wangdai belt (or roller-type conveyer belt), and is turned on friction to send out packages forward to realize the contraction,  and eventually make product package into storage shelves.
