VIDEO FORMATS AND RECOMMENDED CONVERSION SOFTWARE

VNT1000 Series supports several video formats:

    AVI with Xvid or Divx codec

    MP4 with MPEG-4 codec 

Video resolution: 480x270 pixels. Resolution up to 720p (1280x720 pixels) may be uploaded, but may result in slower playback or jitter.

NOT supported:  .MOV .M4V .MP4 (with H264 codec) .WMV .FLV .F4V .SWF .WebM and HD resolution 1080i or 1080p

If your video is in a different format or higher resolution it needs to be converted.

There are several apps on the market for video conversion into AVI or MPEG-4.

We've achieved excellent results with iSkysoft Video Converter

PICTURE FORMATS

VNT1000 supports several picture formats:

PNG

GIF 

RGB color mode

Size 480x288 pixels

Larger pictures up to 960x576 pixels can be uploaded, but may result in slower playback.

NOT supported is .TIF .PSD .PDF .EPS ... and CMYK or Grayscale color mode.

If your pictures are in a different format or higher resolution they need to be converted.

There are many programs on the market for picture processing.

We have achieved the best results with Adobe Photoshop for Mac or PC.

HOW TO LOAD CONTENT TO YOUR VNT

1. Connect your VNT1000 with the supplied USB cable to your computer. (Mac or PC)

2. It will show on your computer similar to a Flash Drive or external hard drive.

3. Now you can copy your videos or pictures to the tag in the same way you handle files on your computer between folders.

All files need to be in the main directory - folders (subdirectories) are not supported and if existing the tag will not function.

Make sure your videos and pictures are in a supported format.

If you want to remove a video or picture from the tag - either drag it to the wastebasket or right mouse click and press delete.

4. Disconnect tag and choose what to play
