A:

Please send us your purchase order by Email or Fax, or you can ask us to send you Proforma Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:

1) Product information: Quantity, Specification(size ,material, color, logo and packing requirement),

Artwork or Sample will be the best.

2) Delivery time required.

3)Shipping information: Company name, Address, Phone number, Destination seaport.

4) Forwarder's contact details if there is any in China.

2. Q:How about the delivery time ?

A:

 1). 7 days if this goods is stock goods.

2). within15-25 days if this goods will be produced after order

3. Q:How about the payment terms?

A:

a)       by L/C at sight,

b)      30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before Shipping

c)       30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against BL copy, within 5 days after get the BL copy

4. Q: What is the whole process for doing business with us ?

1) First, please provide details of the products you need we quote for you.

2) If price is acceptable and client need sample, we provide Proforma Invoice for client to arrange payment for sample.

3) If client approve sample and require for bulk production for order, we will provide ProformaInvoice for client, and we will arrange to produce at once when we get 30% deposit

5.Q: How to choose buy 201 grade material or 304 grade material?

 A:Hot weather district or country, or Inside like room etc environment, suggest u can buy 201 material.

   Wet environment or acid environment, use 304 grade material will be better.

6.Q: What is the Warranty for the pipe/tube?

A:  For the pipe 201&304 ,we have 3&5 years warranty separately.If any quality problems on our side occured in this period ,we will take responsibility by reasonable compensation and replacement.

7.Q: How to certify the material of 201 or 304 grade for the pipe/tube?

A: Our factory with professional machine for test the chemical composition of 201 or 304 grade material, what is more if customer insist we can send the material to third party in charge of testing material then start production after get certified report.
