• a. Within one year, we offer repairing and replacement service. The broken products shall be sent to us first. The replacement products will be shipped together with your next order. The cost (postage, tax & etc) that is incurred during returning defects and sending back replacement shall be billed evenly by both sides.

• b. We offer 2% more free products with the order to cover normal defect.
