Characteristics:

1.When temperature of the sensing buld goes up or down, bellows in temperature controller will be compressed ot lengthened, so push the switcher by lever arm in cut-on or cut-off status, So that it can protect system working in normal status.

2.The temperature of temperature controller's proper indicated by the arrow-head.

3.The length of capillary tube may be 1 meter, 3 meter or special specification to 10 meter.

Installation

l          The sensing blud of the temperature control should be set in the temperature controlled area with good air ventilaton and correct temperature Indicated.But it should be taken care to place the sensing blud on the return air side instead of cold air outlet side,where air cooler is used in the cold storage.

l          The capillary tube between the sending buld and the body of control should not pass through the region with temperature lower than the temperature controlled,nor should it be in contact with other pipes.

l          During installation,the radius of bending curvatures for the capillary tube should not be less than 60mm.and the capillary tube should be clamped with straps 300mm apart.

l          By turning the button of main adjusting screw and differential adjusting screw(before turning the locating washer should be turned off),the temperature and differential temperature settings may be adjusted respectively according to the values indicated on the scale.
