Silicone cushion copper material
Copper silicon rubber cushion is wovened by imported silicone rubber wire and copper wire .
Copper silicon rubber cushion is widely used in aggrandized compound floor, imitation solid wood moulding flooring, multi-layer solid wood floor, bamboo flooring, furniture, wood, particle board hot-press pressure.
This copper silica gel cushion adopts imported silica gel and copper wire, with imported knitting machine woven, has a good buffer performance, uniform heat transfer , long service life, etc.Imported copper silicone cushion (used for wooden floor production) is suitable for various range of imported and domestic hot press.
Imported silicone copper thickness of cushion, main technical parameters: (1) : 2-2.5 mm (2) weight: type - 2500 - g/m2, type - 3200 - g/m2 (3) the heat resistance of 250 °C or less (4) pressure 4.0 Mpa or less.
