Introduction 

As one kind of new type multifunction water supply equipment, HG series constant pressure variable domestic pump package system is developed by our company, collected with the newest technology at home and abroad. The pump package integrates the a-c dynamo frequency conversion speed regulator and computer control technology. It closed-loop controls the pump package: According to the flow rate’s instant change and its corresponding pressure, it automatically regulate the pumps speed and number of pump in start through the PID regulator and programmable frequency conversion speed regulator, to make the water supply network keep the constant pressure and required flow rate, and fulfill the water supply requirement, reach the aim of highly active and energy-saving. 

The pump package series have complete specification and reasonable classify, and are widely used in the single building, group building, residential area, school, hospital, hotel, mine, factory and irrigation and drainage in the country. The products are well received by the user, after put them on the market. At present, the products have 80 kinds of specification (included the deep well) for the user‘s choice. According to the newest local standard, the constant pressure pump package series have passed the national quality test. The entire technical target is licensed.

Structure Features

1.The pump package has advanced technology, reasonable design and wide accommodation in water source: It can be used in the storage pool on or under the ground deep well etc.

High Automatic Control Level: To set up the constant pressure value as per requirement, the pump package direct to regulates the speed through PID regulator and programmable controller; to set up several pump, soft start them individually with exact switching, stable water pressure, reliable operation, reduce the impact to the power network, extend the service life. Because the pump package works under the work condition with high efficiency, the energy-saving effect is great.
3. Complete Function: It has automatic and manual control method. In any situation, the water supply system will not cut off the water supply. It has protection function and display device of fault diagnosis system, for the situation of phase failure, under pressure, over pressure, overload, over current, overheating, short circuit, stalling etc.
