A: My engineer will design a suitable mortar plant as your budget.

2. What’s the difference between full-automatic line and semi-automatic line?

A :(1)Sem-automatic line need manual help to upload materials,while full-automatic line need not.

(2) Semi-automatic line may not need material silos,full-automatic line need.

(3)Semi-automatic line is relatively cheaper than full-automatic line.

3. How many people needed in this line?

A: 2-3 workers will be enough to operate this line.

4. What equipment you can offer?

A: We offer equipments from storage system to packing system. The whole working process.

5.What is factory area needed?.

A: It depends on the line type. 40-1000m*m will be enough.

    If your area is not enough, we can design tower type plant which takes less floor area.

6. What’s the total power consumption (KW)?

A: It is about 20-200KW. It is widely depends on the capacity and number of raw materials.
