PASTED COPPER BRAZING ALLOY COPPER BRAZING FILLER METAL

HUAZHONG HZ-QJ302 flux is a high temperature flux for use with copper based brazing filler metals melting between 850-1150 degree. Featuring better in fluidity, and permeability, and it could avoid the problem of fluidity and moisture-absorption. HZ-QJ302 paste is used for brazing of copper and copper alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, hard metal within 850°C to 1150 degree. It can meet the requirement of high process and automation.

Preparation: The surface of the work pieces should be cleansed carefully before brazing. The performance of the flux can be optimized on a surface without oil and oxide. In flame brazing, neutral flame is usually required.

Conditions for use: Stir the paste before using it .The paste should then be brushed onto the joint surfaces before assembly. Further flux should then be applied externally either side of the joint mouth.
