50% SILVER FLUX CORED BRAZING WELDING WIRE

Copper aluminum fluxcored wire is a new type of fluxcored wire used for brazing of dissimilar metal. As a common flame welding filler metal, it is easy to operate, no need to add more flux. Featuring high strength and strong stealing ability, saving resources, and environment protection, our copper aluminum fluxcored wire is available for brazing of aluminum and aluminum, copper and aluminum. It is an ideal material which can realize aluminum replace copper for brazing of refrigerator, electric machine, transformer.  

APPLICATION:

HZ-Ag50F readily wets nickel and iron base alloys. It is recommended for joining 300 Series stainless steel and will retard interface corrosion in most exposures for which the base metals are suitable. Because this alloy is cadmium-free, it can be safely used on food handling equipment and hospital utensils. The presence of nickel in HZ-Ag50F aids in the joining of small tungsten carbide inserts in cutting tools.

BRAZING CHARACTERISTICS:

HZ-Ag50F is very fluid at its flow point and will quickly fill long, narrow joints. Its low flow point will minimize oxidation of the stainless steel during brazing.
