Product uses: 

HUAZHONG HZ-Ag25C and other low / medium silver filler metal products can be used to join all the common engineering materials (excluding aluminum) such as copper, copper alloys including, brasses, bronzes, gun metal, nickel silvers, aluminum bronze, copper nickel, steels including, mild, carbon, tool steel, stainless steels and low alloy steel. These filler metal would not normally be selected for the brazing of tungsten carbide and PCD segments.
 

Conditions for use: 

HZ-Ag25C silver filler metal brazing products are mainly used for brazing in air with a flux. In most cases HZ-QJ102 and HZ-QJ305 flux can be used in conjunction with HZ-Ag25C. However, flux selection is application dependent. Please refer to our technical department or flux product data sheets before selecting a flux.

We recommends the use of cadmium free brazing filler metals because they are safer to use and better for the environment.
