Waste Heat Recovery Air to Air Plate Heat Exchanger of High Efficiency

Two neighbor aluminum foils form a channel for fresh or exhaust air stream. Heat is transfered when the air streams flow crossly through the channels, and fresh air and exhaust air is totally separated.

B series (standard type)

Standard air to air plate heat exchanger is made by aluminum foil, with galvanized steel end cap. Wrap angle is made by aluminum alloy.

Suitable for most heat recovery occasions, 100℃ temperature resistance.

G series(high temperature type)

High temperature waste heat recovery air to air plate heat exchanger is made by aluminum foil, with galvanized steel end cap. Wrap angle is made by aluminum alloy. Suitable for high temperature working condition. 200℃ temperature resistance.

F series(anti-corrrosion type)

Anti-corrosion air to air plate heat exchanger is made by aliminum foil with anti-corrisive coating.  Suitable for corrosive environment.

Installed in air handling units

Waste heat recovery air to air plate heat exchanger can be used in the air handling unit (AHU) as a main part of the heat recovery section, and the bypass can be built in when required. 

Installed in ducts
