Overview of SAEU2S-2

•2-Channel acoustic emission system,: 2 independent channels, 2 channels per acquisition card.

•Portable and convenient designing: acoustic emission system independent from PC computer. Overall dimension: 310mmx120mmx40mm.

•USB connectivity: High-speed USB2.0 bus realizing incredible sampling data rates.

•Indicator light of each channel indicating effective acoustic emission signal.

•AST function: Automatic sensor testing allows to test all channels which greatly simplify operator's workload.

•Max. Sampling Rates selectable: 3M/5M/10M/20M/40M samples/sec.

•Sampling resoluctions:16 bit or 18 bit

•Continuous waveform sampling: Realizing no limitation of online sampling but for the storage capacity limitation of hard disk of your PC and sampling rate.

•FPGA real-time hardware digital filters: Frequency range adjustable from 0 to 3MHz,  freely settings for filter windows of band pass, high pass, low pass and no limitation pass filters.

•Waveform reconstruction and output with acoustic emission parameters.

•Analog filters: Supporting various filter settings: Low pass(100kHz,400kHz,1200kHz);High pass(20kHz,100kHz,400kHz); Band pass: any combinations of high pass and low pass; No limitation pass.

•Low noise control designing: Noise level is 10dB/0.32mV(No load),satisfy demands for detecting weak acoustic emission signal.

•Max. Dynamic range of host machine is up to 90dB

•Transferring rate of continuous waveform data is up to 30MB/sec, and feature parameter data transferring rate is up to 40Mhits/sec.
