How  to  use:

Heat in Boiling water: Put the pack in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes or untile satisfied with temperature

Heat in microwave:Put the pack into mircowave, the time as per the weight. 

Cold in freezer:Put the pack into freezer for up to 2 hours before cold use.

Caution: It is a best way to wrap in cloth before using to prevent the heat or cold burn before use

Multipurpose:warm or cool hands face beer drink and great for relieving the pains caused by cold,arhritis,stomachache, periarthritis of shoulder,help to relax the muscles and promote blood circulation etc.

Heat therapy:Ideal for muscle discomfort,spasms,cramps,stiffness,arthritis

Warming

Cold therapy:

1,Do not use cold for more than 30 minute periods.

2,Cold should not be used by people with circulatory problems unless prescribed by a physician.

3,Do not apply to broken skin.

4,If condition persists - consult your physician.

Hot therapy:

1. Monitor the gel pack while it is heating. If you observe swelling of the gel pack while it is heating, turn off the microwave immediately and wait for the swelling to subside before removing the product.
