Fully Automatic Biscuits Production Line
I. Introduction of Our Equipment:
There are kinds of different capacity, they are: 100kg/hr - 1200kg/hr.
There are gas or electricity heating oven. And we can also cusyomize the oven style accordig to the customers' requirement.
II. The Oven Type:
Electrical tunnel oven
Gas tunnel oven
Oil tunnel oven
(Please the customer to choose according to yourself circumstance)
III. Biscuit Type:
Soft biscuit belongs to high fat crackers and is general thicker,because the soft biscuit machine
only have a die roll.
Hard biscuit belongs to low fat crackers and is general thinner,its forming machine has rolling
surface of the roller and a die roll.
