    Yes. We provide OEM/ODM service to our customers.

2. Can you do special product for us?

    Yes. We have professional engineers having rich experience in heat pump design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas or provide the drawing, we can help to carry out your ideas into real products. 

3. What about the lead time for mass production?

    Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. 

4. What is your terms of delivery?

    We accept EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

5. What is your payment terms?

    -For sample order:  T/T 100%

    -For container order: T/T 30% deposit, T/T 70% before shipment

6. What about warranty?

    We usually provide 1% free spare parts according to your order quantity.
