9. Soldering and Cleaning Processes

1. Keep all switch contacts in their "off" position for all operation
2. Wave Soldering: Recommended Sodering Temp. at 260 ^oC max , 5 second
3. Hand Sodering: use a sodering iron at 30 watts, controlled at 320 ^oC  approximately 2 second while appling soder.
4. Cleaning Process: Flux clean using force rinse, high agitation or triple bath cleaning Method.  Freon TE or TF give excellent results, When  vapor methods are used do not subject to solvents at temperature above  51^oC
