A:We are capable to make parts from less than 1g up to 1000g . Insert molding,overmolding,thread molding etc .

F:What info do I need to provide for a quote ?

A:3D drawing (IGS/STP format),Plastic Resin Statement,Quantity needed . Or sample for duplicate .

F:Can you help double check our design if we are not sure if it's injection workable ?

A:Yes,our engineers help verify the feasibility of your drawing or fine tune your design to reduce costs and improve molds.

F:What material do you handle ?

Almost all injection grade plastic resins such as PP,ABS,PC,PVC,PA(Nylon),PE,PS,ASA,TPE etc and Rubber .

F: Do you use virgin plastic raw material ?

Shiner Plastics use only virgin raw material for decent quality with higher strength and longer lifespan .

F:What's the guranteed mold life ?

A:Molds are done in house and we offer lifetime mold warranty .

F:What's your general lead time for mold and production ?

A:Generally 30 days for molding ,within 2 weeks for production .Depending on specified mold and production order though .
