A: Our company policy requires that all customers must pay for the sample fee and shipping cost. When you place an order, the sample fee will be returned to you.

A: The MOQ of our products is 1500 pcs for one model one size.

Q: I'd like to mix several models in one container.  May I?

A: Certainly. You can select two or three models in one container (1X40HQ).

Q: We'd like to print our logo on the appliance.  Can you make it?

A: We provide OEM service which including logo printing, gift box design and carton design.  You can also use our logo "AILIAN".

Q: Shall we pay extra cost for OEM service?

A: The OEM service is totally free of charge.
