 New technology  modular structure single facer suitable for high speed production and fully automatic controlled 

 by PLC Computer. used for modern type carton factories and able to connect production management system.

1,Adjust glue thickness: Quantity of pasting glue and controlling glue is controlled by the clearance between glue 

    roll  and doctor roll adjustment and the inter-face appear control.

2, Adjust advance and retreat of glue roll and pressure roll clearance: The electric motor drive cam micro-adjust,

    and display the adjusting quantity on inter-face by the displacement sensor. 

3, Adjust pressure roll clearance: The electric motor drive cam micro-adjust, and display the adjusting quantity on 

    inter-face by the displacement sensor.

4, With magic eye track set, break-paper detect system, glue roll and pressure roll automatic disengage when 

     break.

Main Features:

1, Paper feeding: fingerless vacuum suction, with high pressure powerful draught fan. With silencer, air supply and electric control focus on the same operation counters, not less than 1.5m away from the main engine, operation side is totally closed and full guarding. 

2, Connect to the production management system also possible.

3 , Engine base and wall plate: iron casting structure, thickness of the wall plate: 200mm, adopt independent speed changing box, and gimbal transmission. 

4,  Diameter of main corrugated roll: ￠320mm, and are made of 48CrMo alloy steel, after hardening and tempering, inner holes fine boring, NC grinding, mid frequency quenching, surface grinding, the rigidity of surface is higher than HRC58. Corrugated roll and pressure roll of pivotal section adopt heat resisting bearings which are manufactured by Timken, America. 

5, Pressure roll diameter: ￠330mm, surface are grinding and plate chrome, cylinder control up-down, raw material is 45# medium carbon steel, hardening and tempering.

6, Glue wall plates adopt sliding structure, pneumatic control glue supply and glue back, diameter of the applicator glue roll : ￠242mm, surface are treated by polished and chrome plated. 

7, The glue parts can be moved overall, changing applicator glue roll is quick and convenient. 

8, Electric separate glue and electric adjust the glue quantity. With digital display.

9, Corrugated roll and glue roll made in HeBei, the unilateral edge of corrugated roll is 0.15mm, and the unilateral 

    edge of press roll is 0.075mm, add caging device. 

10, Pressure roller adopt ￠140 double class cylinder.

11,  Pre-heater roll adopt seamless steel pipe which is produced by Tianjin Iron & steel group co,.ltd. Diameter 400mm,     

        are all connected with metal soft pipe. 

12,   Provide rotary joints of all rollers 2 sets

13,   Quick changing roller, paper braking protection, auto tracking glue.

14,   3 gap electrical adjustment PLC human -computer display.

15,    Bothe Left and right hand direction possible, provide engineer for installation and training.
