1. usage

is making the corrugated paperboard that carried by the up transmission rack stacked together orderly, and then using compact car carry the orderly paperboard to the next step or temporary warehouse.

2. Structure and principle

This machine is composed by transmission institution

Hoisting institution,receiving paper institution,under frame,portal-type frame and so on.

Transmission institution is that using electric motor on the under frame carry to the chain on the transmission rack drive roll, through the leather belt to the driven spindle, and carry the cartons that are made by previous step to the receiving institution.

Hoisting institution is that using the electric motor on the portal-type frame drive, make the tail end of the transmission rack hoisting or descending the certain position, to suit for the quantity of the stacking carton. There is a detector head in the middle of the transmission table, through the counting device to control the up and down of the electric motor.

Receiving paper institution, when stacking to a certain height, carrying paper compact car carry the stacking carton away, in this time, through the function of cylinder, and continue put the carton on the receiving institution temporarily, when the empty compact car is coming again, through the function of cylinder, stacking cartons again.

   3,Installation and adjustment

(1) When the whole machine is installed, mounting the leather belt and through the tension device tensioning the leather belt.

(2) Adjust each drive chain and make his degree of tightness suitable.

(3) Check whether the drive position,  turn position,glide position is portable and flexible.

(4)Adjust the running switch to the suitable position, and check whether is failure or not.

(5) Adjust thecylinder rod to the suitable position.

(6) Adding oil and lubricating each lubricated position.

4,Trial run

(1) Power-on, make the working test of the cylinder, and check whether the tie-in position is steam leakage.

(2) First, run the under frame electric motor, and make each part of transmission rack racing.

(3) Run the electric motor on the portal-type frame ,And make the hoisting institution do hoisting and descending movements, check whether each part is portable, flexible and no jamming and locking phenomenon, check the sensitivity of the running switch, the function of braking motor.

(4) Each part combination revolve trial run, And can do mutual coordination, And now you can do the work to trial run the machine.

5,maintenance

(1) Each rotation bearing add calcium grease once a week.

(2) gear wheel,gear rack,chain wheel,chain rack add oil once a duty.

(3) Check whether the fastening piece is loosening or not once a week.
