BZJ-D series of Double Usage Flute to Flute Laminating Machine
Main characteristics:
BZJ-D series of semiautomatic laminator is designed on the basic of BZJ-A series.
The difference between them is the feeding method of bottom sheet.
For BZJ-D series ,bottom sheets are fed by one hand and then pushed into
the guiding unit by pushing claws.While for BZJ-D series,bottom sheet pile are put onto the suction
belts and then sheets are transferred one by one automatically by the suction belts to the gluing roller.
Thus labor intensity is reduced and working efficirncy is increased.
This machine is able to laminate 2 ply corrugated paperboard and another 2 ply corrugated
Paperboard together, also can laminate 2ply corrugated paperboard and a surface craft
paper. Which means it can do a 2+2+1=5ply corrugated board and 2+1=3ply corrugated
board.
