Components:

Paper feeding, pre-folding, bottom glueing, folding, pressing five units.

1)Feeding unit:

3)Bottom gluing:

Glue barrels can be take down, upper barrel, left and right one set each side, lower barrel, left and right one set each side, can be choose according to actual condition, paste quantity can be adjusted, stability and maintenance is simple; paste wheels thickness 4 mm, also can be changed according to the special requirements of customers; Gluing barrels use the steel quality; Equipped with four groups of bottom glueing device

4)Folding unit:

With belts width 30mm, Complete the second folding line on both left and right side180 degrees, the fourth line 180 - degree; Guiding wheels can be adjusted to suit the different position to make the folding boxes more smoothly; the lower bearings support to guide belt running correctly.Dimensions are adjusted by the motor, more accurate and convenient.

5)Pressing unit:
