2   Front paper feeding device with moving roller system

(optional configuration)

1)        Adopting wind-absorbing auxiliary paper feeding. The motor of wind is 7.5KW. According to the bending degree of different paperboard it can adjusted the capacity of winding in order to ensure the smooth paper supplying.(valve adjusts the volume of wind.)

2)        Fore part feeding system made in Taiwan, China.

3)        The slotting unit equipped with inter-locking control switches to control suddenly stop feeding.

4)        The position of front and back blocking plank is adjusted by electrically. The space of front blocking plank is adjusted by hand.

5)        Feeding paper counting device can set and display the number of production.

3 Dust removal device

1)Equipped with hair-brushes and air draft dust removal device to sufficiently clean the foreign matter on the printing surface of the paperboard to improve the printing quality.

4 Paper-feeding roller

1)        The external diameter of sending the paper onto the top of the roller is : Ø150mm,be packed with the wear-resisting rubber and corrected by balance.

2)        The external diameter of the descend to send the paper roller is : Ø175mm,press corrugation and hard chrome plating.

3)        The space of paper-sending roller is adjusted by hand. The space of adjustment:2~12mm.

5Automatic zero returning device

1)        The feeding unit,printing unit and slotting unit have auto zero returning electrically and have the memory of  cleaning board..

2)  Generally cartons are used automatic zero returning device and memory of cleaning board,.The normal production can be started only after 2 sheets trial printing to adjust the right position and save materials.

1 Printing roller

(printing plate roller)

1)        The size of external diameter is : Ø485.6mm(including the size of plate's external diameter whose size is Ø500).

2)  Steel pipe surface is whetted , and hard chrome plating.

3)  To correct by dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.

4)  The roller plate axis with ratchet wheel fixed.

5)  Full plate hanging the plate groove . Plate-hanging with the size of 10mm×3mm is suitable.

6)  Load and unload the printing plating device, and step on the switch to electric control the positive and negative revolving.

2 Printing & pressing roller

1)        The size of external diameter is Ø175mm.

2)        Steel pipe surface is whetted and hard chrome plating.

3)        To correct by dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.

4)        The space of Printing & pressing roller is adjusted by hand. The space of adjustment:2~12mm .

3 Paper feeding roller of Up &Down

1)        Sending the paper onto the top of the roller :Its external diameter size is Ø110mm. Thick-walled steel pipe and matched with three paper-feeding loops with the external diameter size Ø150mm .

2)   Descending to send the paper roller:Its external diameter size isØ175mm.        Thick-walled steel pipe .To whet the surface and do the hard chrome plating.

3)   The space of paper-feeding roller is adjusted by hand. The space of adjustment:2~12mm.

4 Steel Anilox Roller

1)        Its external diameter size is Ø175mm.

2)        Steel pipe surface whetted. Press and make net grains, hard chrome plating.

3)   To correct by dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.

4)   Options for net grains mesh number :180,200,220  and so on .

5)   Assists paper-feeding system and pneumatic auto lifting and descending  device .( While sending paper the Anilox Roller descends to touch with the printing plate . While stopping paper-sending the Anilox Roller lifts to seperate with the printing plate.)

6) The net-grain roller enclosed with wedge-shaped overrunning cluth which makes sharing ink and cleaning ink convenient and fast.

5 Ceramic Anilox Roller

(options configuration)

1)        The size of external diameter is Ø175mm.

2)        The surface of steel pipes was wore by ceramic and whetted. Laser-carving the net-grains.

3)        Net-grain roller 's mesh number is chosen by users' necessity.

4)  It is more wear resistant than steel net-grain roller and longer service life.

6 Rubber roller

1)        The size of external diameter is Ø158mm.

2)   The surface of the steel piper is packed the wear-resisting rubber,to correct by balance.

3)   Adopting medium and special whetting the rubber roller has effective ink--spreading.

7 Phase adjustment system

1)        Planet type gear structure

2)        To adopt PLC& touching screen to control the printing phase , and by the way of electrical digital type 360 degrees adjustment(Both revolving and stopping can be adjusted.).

3)        The distance of horizontal electrically adjusting the phase is10mm .

4)  The unit will reset automatically with computer--memory in case the form cleaning is done during the running.

8 water and ink circulation

1)        Device ink from pneumatic Diagram steadily. Easy operation and maintenace.

2)  Ink filtering net to filter the foreign matter. Separating water and ink.

9 Printing phase fixed device

1)         Pneumatic brakes.

2)   While the machine plate form separates or the phase is adjusted the brakes can restrict the revolving of the machine plate form and keep the fixed point of the original gear's position.

2 Slotting knife seat  horizontal adjustment device

5)        The size of upper axial diameter is Ø155mm. The size of down-diamter is Ø175mm.The surface of the axial is grinded and plated with rigid chrome. Moving steadily.

6)        The width of the slotting knife seat is :7mm.

7)        Made of alloy steel material. The sawtooth shape slotting knife is in the process of grinding and heat treatment. Its hardness and roughness are perfect.

8)        The double blades side repairing knife is made of alloy steel material. It is very sharp and high precision.

3)        The horizontal positions of line-pressing wheel and slotting knife seat are interconnected adjustment.

3 Slotting phase adjusting mechanism

1)         Planet type gear structure.

2)          Slotting phase is controlled by PLC& touching screen and adjusted by the way of electric digital type 360 degrees ,(It can be adjusted while revolving and stopping.).

4  portable orifice die backer

1)        The width of  upper  portable orifice die backer is 100mm and down  portable orifice die backer is100mm enclosed with rubber cushion.

2)  The size of  portable orifice die backer is 90mm×35mm.

1 Paper- receiving arm

1)        Can be operated by hand or automatically.

2)  Paper- receiving arm revolves the belt. The belt tension can be set independently without limit by the belt length.

2The rising and descending of the machine tool platform

2)         Driven by the powerful chain.

3)        The height of piling is 1600mm.

4)        The motor of the rising and descending of the machine tool platform equipped with the brake function , so the machine tool platform can keep the fixed position to prevent falling down.

3 Paper- receiving plate

1)        Pneumatic motor paper -receiving plate. The paper receiving tray will automatically extend and receive the paperboard while the paperboards are piled to the preset height.
