     This production line suitable for make 3-ply board plant (300-600g/m2) complete cardboard with needed thickness and specifications. This production line with rational design, compact structure, convenient repair, save energy and etc features. This production line offset manual pasted and etc weakness. Drastically reduce the production cost improve the quality of products. The flatness of cardboard and strength of adhesive force are improving. It is a well quality equipment.
 

Features 

• The composite cardboard production line is a automatic high speed line which dedicate to the producing the needed thickness of composite cardboard with the raw material of web. 
• The line is composed of hydraulic shaftless mill roll stand, preheater, overhead bridge conveyor, gluing machine, pressing unit, drying unit, cooling unit, NC cutting machine, stacking machine and so on. 
• The line has the advantages of rational design, compact structure, advanced process, convenient operation and maintenance, saving energy, etc.   
• The cardboard produced by this line has high quality of thickness, tightness, moisture, stiffness, smoothness and tensile strength.
• Compared to the manual pasting and laminator machine, this automatic line has great improvement of reducing production cost and improving product quality.
