Angle Head

Angle head is  a kind of machine accessory. The Angle Head dorms an angle between the cutter's axle and the machine's axle, which makes it possible to finish processing four surfaces without repositioning the work piece. The Angle Head is very popularly used in carious areas like aircraft, auto, mold, stone material. The angle head enlarges processing modes that can't do with conventional way, improves the processing accuracy and efficiency. How to choose Angle Head

1.Know the machine parameter,brand, type, vertical or horizontal, type of the principal axle, shank type( BT, NT, HSK, CAT, DAT...), is there coolant? Is the coolant from principal axle??

How high is the coolant's pressure? Power , torand rotate speed of the principal axle??

MAXIMUM LOAD AND LENGTH OF CUTTER? TYPE OF THE CUTTER MAGAZINE? CHANGE CUTTER AUTOMATICALLY??

2.Then check up the angle head parameter, holding modes(ER SLC, BT, NT, FM, C...)   rotate speed(RPM), torque,cooling mode(no cooling, inner cooling, outer cooling) and so on.

Notices when using the angle head

1.The temperature of angle head will increase quite a lot, the gear part lubricant will be consumed, so inject a little bit when working

2.Normal working rotate speed is suggested not exceed 75% of the speed limit

3.The dimension of T-type slot connexted with the angle head has been set in standard flange, but the user nedd to drill the hole connecting the machine principal axle in the connection part in the flange, and supply the connecting plate.
