1 conductor long-term allowable working temperature : XLPE insulated 90 ℃; PVC insulation : ( Normal ) 70 ℃, ( high temperature ) 105 ℃
 

2  when a short circuit (5s) conductor allows maximum temperature : XLPE insulated 250 ℃; PVC insulation : 160 ℃

Product Performance

1, fire-resistant wire and cable comply with the requirements of GB/T3956 conductor .

2 , refractory insulation : Depending on the level of fire resistance , were selected synthetic mica and gold mica . Class A fire-resistant cables, fire-resistant layer is made of synthetic mica , its fire resistance rating of 1000-1200 ℃; class B fire-resistant cables, fire-resistant layer is made of gold mica , its fire resistance rating of 850-950 ℃.

3 , the same fire-resistant insulation thickness of the plastic wire and cable insulation thickness corresponding ordinary wire and cable .

4 , fire-resistant wire and cable outer diameter : Due to increased fire-resistant insulation , fire-resistant wire and cable outer diameter of a slight increase over the corresponding ordinary wire and cable.

5 , fire wire cable ampacity : fire-resistant wire and cable ampacity shall not be less than the carrying capacity of the corresponding ordinary wire and cable .
