Specifications

1)      All using a drawworks installed at low overall transmission chain box for 114mm drill 3000 ~ 7000m deep drilling oil, gas and water wells.

2)      Diesel hydraulic coupling gear box unit being powered cars and cars and cars through multi-axis gearbox later, by a narrow V-belts or cardan shaft drive drilling pump. Winch adopt universal shaft and gearbox and drive docking, drive smoothly and efficiently, through the universal shaft turntable, turntable gear box and winch connections. Through over V-belt drive air compressors and energy generators. All power equipment installed in all 0.8m high dedicated to the base.

3)      Two auxiliary diesel generators and generator power grid power supply + energy.

4)      The main winch brake hydraulic disc brake, auxiliary brake is electromagnetic eddy brake or Eaton Flow brakes, automatic drilling and dedicated emergency operating mechanism, all the control in all centralized control, easy to coordinate ministries, control the overall situation.

5)      Derrick is K -type structure, low installation, since the whole place, easy accessibility, good stability and high security. Installation of 500 tons to meet the requirements of top drive unit.

6)      Drill floor height 6 ~ 10.5m ( select Custom ) , the base of the box stacked or spin -up structure , major rig components and equipment assembled in low , use a winch to rise from the overall position, simple structure, stable firm, easy disassembly .

7)      Rig roll over valve with electronic anti-collision device and the gas-liquid chain of control, into gas, liquid, drilling instrumentation, TV monitors in one user-friendly design of the driller's control room.
