Introduction

The LZR1 series not only have the functions of normal starter which used in domestic at present, but also own their special functions:

1. High power inner bypass design is the main advantage of LZR1 series, this design avoid much problems which occur in the design of outer

bypass design . Inner byass design makes the softer functions is more useful and the installation is more simply. Inner bypass makes the primary

circuitry is more simply, it is very easy to install and won't cause trouble. Inner bypass makes the secondary circuitry also can be mastered easily.

LZR1 series soft starter is the first time in China using inner bypass design, its power range is 5.5~400kW. We applied the patent for LZR1 soft starters.

The patent numbers are ZL 200630038542.4 and ZL 200620044145.2 .

2. LZR1 soft starter adopts the imported Germany square chip and advanced chip support pole, uses DCB ware and copper integrating board,

through the special processing method and welding skill, keep the welding layer without space, and keep the good heat conduct. The head loop load

is 10 times higher than the GB standard.

3. LZR1 series soft starter integrates the high power intelligent controlling thyristor module and full digital shift touch-off integration circuit into

one body. The product owns small body and strong anti-interfere functions, as well as the advantages of anti-earthquake anti-humidity, so it is the

priority products used in the flammable and explosive environment.

4. Inner bypass installation is a big system project which is developed at the base of adopting many advanced science and technical elements

as well as modern science theory. The starter first control part adopting the advanced chip microprocessor as control center. With the help of

adopting advanced electrical control program theory, full digital phase shift technique, high power non-arc and long lifetime contactor technique,

so the starter integrating all the advantages. As well known the difference of contactor and relay is that the contactor has arc eliminator, while relay

without arc eliminator. The LZR1 soft starter equipped an arc eliminator inside the inner installation, so it can be connected with the high power load

and high voltage load.

5. User friendly, easy setting and operation: LZR1 adopting the LCD display, it can display each start method, start time, primary voltage and

soft stop time. It is very easy to control for the user. The user can program the motor starter mode with the help of th e instruction. The LCD display

screen display all the data, such as work mode, current position and soon, in this case, it is very easy for the user to set and operate.

6. LZR1 series have the strong protection function, it adopts JDG1 type motor compositive protector and related interface, so it supplies motor

strong protection when the motor under the situation of phase failure, over load, over voltage ,jam swivel and short voltage. The starer also equipped

the heat protector inside the body and protects itself.

7. LZR1 series can be controlled from the LCD screen, it also can be controlled through the computer in the control room. LZR1 series products

own the excellent controlling ability; it can adjust the urgent stop, soft stop and soft start.

8. LZR1 series products’ inner bypass installation is non-power running mode, it is different from the out by pass installation starter, so it has the

advantages of saving energy, no noise, no electromagnetism pollution and protect environments.
