Self Contained Hydraulic Lathe Tracing System

Self Contained Tracing System for Lathe includes Single Axis GAMUT Tracer mounted on independent longitudinal hydraulic feed slide with 0-40mm/secomd speed variation control, Hydraulic control valves, Dual Delivery Power Pack, Electric Control Panel and Limit Switches.

System is suitably desgined to get upto Two-cut Automatic Cycle of Tracer.

System is very much suitable where limited dependence on operator require. Operator is only required to load the job, press the strart Button and unload the job at the end of cycle.

GAMUT Hydraulic Lathe Tracer for Copy Turning Face copying and Copy Boring. GAMUT LATHE TRACER are made by Graded Casting and have been Robustly constructed to take maximum cut with Hardend Tool Post and very sensitive and precise Copy-Valve to render trouble free longer service. GAMUT TRACER can be mounted on Rear or Front of the Lathe Machine and can be operated by semi skilled person. Inspection time is drastically reduced and Production increased by many many times with in accuracy of ‡0.025mm when used on good Lathe.
