Filtration area 20 M2, and these filters can remove 99.997% particles above 0.3mu and 95% down to 0.01mu.
We have 3 layer filter, first layer called prefilter, to remove big particles with size more than 5 micron, 2nd layer called HEPA main filter to remove smaller particles, smoke, dust size with 0.01micron--5 micron.The 3rd layer called gas filter or chemical filter, it has special activated carbon, which can adsorb smells and toxic gas. Average filtration ate:>=99.7%
1. Strict welding and painting technology achieve to high tightness and corrosion resistance cabinet.
2. Specific sound-absorbing materials reduce operating noise to improve operation efficiency.
3. European imported brushless blower, high pressure, small size, electronic speed adjustment.
4. PWM speed control, according to the amount of dust to achieve precise adjustment.
5. Control system is equipped with sound and light alarm, prompt to clean or replace the filter.
6. By the pre-filter, HEPA main filter and the chemical gas filter composed of three parts filtration system.
7. The main filter and gas filter package blocked with the metal net, it can effective remove fume and harmful gases in the air to achieve indoor air quality restoration. Also reduce the equipment size, saving floor space.
